Our Mission and Vision
Our mission at InSwim Analytics is to provide swimmers at all levels with the tools and information they need to succeed. Mostly the best tools and programs are only provided to the truly elite professionals, however we believe that everyone should get access to the best tools. That is why we design our programs and services in such a way that every swimmer at any level will benefit from it.
The Founding Story
My name is Ananye Achintye, I am extremely proud to call myself a swimmer. I have been through many ups and downs throughout my career, and also encountered a period where my progression stagnated, just as many of you have had, will have or may even be in right now. The most important lesson I learned through this time was to continue learning, and keeping the process clear.
During this time, I developed my own custom-made program to help me make more thorough race plans, and to deepen my understanding of my races. This was the first version of the InSwim Dashboard (although I didn’t know it at the time ;). When my coach got to know about this, he was amazed. Soon afterward I was analysing races for several clubs! That is when I realized exactly what I can offer back to the sport. I spent another year polishing the InSwim Dashboard so that I could provide each and every swimmer the best opportunity to fulfil their potential.

Our Ambassadors
Maarten Brzoskowski
Maarten is a Dutch freestyle specialist. His career is highlighted by swimming in the Olympic final of the 4x200m freestyle relay at the Rio 2016 Olympics. Earlier that year he was a part of the European Championships winning 4x200m relay as well. He is also the Dutch national record holder in the 400m freestyle. In short course, he occasionally swims some butterfly and individual medley as well.
Marjolein Delno
Marjolein is a World and European finalist in the freestyle relays. Additionally, she won a silver medal at the 2018 European Aquatics Championships in the 4×100 freestyle relay. Her specialties lie in the freestyle and individual medley events, in which she has competed internationally in both.

Message from the founder
"My dream is to empower you to fulfil your dream"
I started learning how to swim as a 5 year old, and since then have never stopped! My parents wanted me to learn swimming just as a good-to-have skill. If they knew that they would have to wake up at 5am everyday of the week for the years to come, they would have reconsidered their choices :).
I have competed in meets across 3 different continents, mainly in the Netherlands. Here I have spent several years at the club PSV Zwemmen. During the course of this time I set several provincial records, and was also awarded with National Champion titles.
Apart from being connected with the sport as an athlete, I have also conducted multiple research experiments directly related to helping me learn more about swimming and helping me swim faster. For example, I dived deep into the of the effects of underwater drag forces and use of water vortices during the underwater phase. My curiosity to learn more about swimming and desire to learn by reflecting, from failures and successes, was the spark that lit the road towards building the first InSwim Dashboard, which enabled me to understand the sport I so deeply love.
I am honoured and extremely grateful to have the opportunity to help swimmers around the world to improve to their best potential. I hope to continue assisting swimmers in their development for as long as I can.
